Elemental Minerals Limited is a mineral exploration and development company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ELM). The companies major project is its 93% owned Sintoukola Potash Project.

The Sintoukola Potash Project is situated on the coast of the Republic of Congo, 60 kilometres to the north of the major west African port of Pointe Noire.

Historically 16 exploration holes were sunk into the project area by previous explorers which identified both Slyvinite and Caranalitite mineralisation situated at depths varying from 275 to 1,000 metres (shallow by international comparisons). The company intends to commence exploration activities on the project in January 2010.
